All services will be executed with professionalism and attention to detail, adhering to the highest standards in gardening.
2. Booking and Cancellation
To schedule a service, clients must contact us through our designated booking channels. Upon confirmation of a booking, a service agreement will be established outlining the details of the job.
2.1 Payment Terms
Clients are required to make payments as per the agreed schedule. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods. Invoices will be issued upon completion of the service or as otherwise agreed.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a booking with at least 48 hours notice without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide access to the property and ensure that the work area is safe and free from hazards. It is the client's responsibility to inform Gardener Penge of any specific requirements or restrictions related to their property.
3.1 Property Access
Clients must ensure that Gardener Penge has access to all areas where services are to be performed. This includes providing keys or access codes if necessary.
3.2 Site Preparation
Clients should prepare the site by removing any personal belongings or obstacles that may hinder the gardening work. This facilitates a smooth and efficient service.
4. Liability and Insurance
Gardener Penge maintains appropriate insurance coverage to protect against potential damages or accidents that may occur during the provision of services. However, clients are advised to inform us of any pre-existing conditions or vulnerabilities on their property.
4.1 Damage to Property
In the unlikely event of damage to property, Gardener Penge will assess the situation and provide compensation in accordance with our insurance policies and the extent of the damage.
4.2 Personal Injury
Gardener Penge maintains strict safety protocols to prevent injuries. Should an injury occur, we will take immediate steps to address the situation and ensure appropriate medical assistance is sought.
5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Gardener Penge reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law

8. Intellectual Property
All content created by Gardener Penge, including designs, plans, and multimedia, remains the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use materials provided by Gardener Penge solely for personal use and may not distribute, modify, or reproduce them without prior authorization.
9. Termination of Services
Gardener Penge reserves the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions, engage in misconduct, or if there are safety concerns. Termination will be communicated promptly, and any outstanding payments will be addressed accordingly.
9.1 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, clients must settle any outstanding invoices. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed appropriately.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.
